The Landmark 81 - the world's tallest tower standard complete

With a height of 461m, Landmark 81 is the tallest building in Vietnam and one of the top 10 projects in the world. To complete the raw work, the Coteccons contractor used more than 170,000 m3 of concrete, 52,000 tonnes of steel (including 4,000 tonnes of S460).
With a total investment capital of US $ 1.4 billion, the symbolic project of Vingroup is expected to be completed in 2018. This is also the first project of Vietnam into the top 10 skyscrapers. the world, with the commercial center, the hotel area to the apartment.
The project was supervised by MACE (UK). For the progress of "speed" as today, the team of experts and workers on the construction site has three consecutive shifts, there are white nights to pour concrete batches up to 10,000 m³.

According to the fondness, this project is arranged as follows:
The B1, 1, 2, 3 floors are the areas reserved for shopping centers, movie theaters, gyms. The fourth floor is the Club house for residents with swimming pool, gym, outdoor lounge.
The 5th floor is a 5-star lounge, luxury restaurant and common living area. From 6th floor to 40th floor: This is a modern apartment, with 1 - 4 bedrooms and sky villa. From floors 42 to 76 is a five star hotel VinPearl.
From floors 79 to 81 are observatory.

Mid April/2018, Coteccons Construction Corporation has completed the final important item is the steel tower on the roof (spire) high 61.2m. At present, the finishing work is being carried out by the contractor to meet the schedule of launching in the fourth quarter of 2018.
