Our journey began in 2012 when the countries around the world including Vietnamese started to recover from the 2008 global financial crisis. The demand on offices for lease, at that time, was on a rise as enterprises wanted to grow their businesses and to lure more foreign direct investment (FDI).

Though it was quite easy for customers to search information of office leasing services online, they had difficulty in dealing with a host of misleading advertisements. Furthermore, almost no Vietnamese companies were able to offer leasing solutions professionally at that time, leading to many challenges and wasting time for those seeking workplaces to expand their business activities, especially in Ho Chi Minh city. Accordingly, their key business strategies were greatly affected.
