* Job description:

- Knowing information about office building in District 1 and central districts of HCMC from the company's data source.
- Receive customers from hotline and other advertising channels
- Consultation on introduction and quotation according to customers' requests, leading customers to see the reality
- Assisting customers in negotiating terms in the contract and signing an office lease contract with the building.
- Perform other related jobs at the request of the Sales Director
- Report and under the management of the Sales Director.

* Job requirements:

- Qualifications: Male / Female graduated from university with major in economics, business administration, trade, marketing and other related specialties.
- Experience: Graduates or candidates have worked in real estate, banking, insurance, marketing ...
- Candidates with experience in office and building leasing consultancy are an advantage.
- Group work, independent, dynamic, confident, honest, enthusiastic at work
- Good communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Not afraid to move during working hours,
- Proficiency in English and office computing
- Age: from 23 years old - 29 years old
- Working long term
