President Place is one of the rare office buildings in District 1 that combines three elements: central location, modern design and sustainable operation. As a Class A building, President Place is in the high-end segment but has a softer price than many buildings located on Le Duan – Hai Ba Trung – Dong Khoi routes. For businesses that need a central office but still have to control operating costs, this is a “worth every square meter” option.
The management fee of approximately 7 USD/sqm/month includes 24/7 security, public area cleaning, technical system maintenance and building operating costs. The efficiency of energy-saving design helps businesses significantly reduce electricity costs – especially air conditioning costs, which are a large expense in Class A buildings.
