LEED Platinum Green Certification
On December 15, 2023, mPlaza Saigon officially achieved LEED Platinum v4.1 O+M: Existing Buildings certification – the highest level in the green building rating system of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). With 80/100 points, the building has entered the group of buildings with the highest standards in the LEED certification system, affirming its commitment to sustainability and outstanding energy efficiency. The building affirms its sustainable operation standards, standing out in the following factors:
