• General cleaning of the exterior of the building
• The automatic fire protection system is operated to standards
• Surveillance camera system operates 24/7, controlled by a professional security team
• Providing domestic water sources to meet common use needs.
• Periodically spray insecticides in public areas and around the building.
• Repair and maintain equipment and systems in the building
• Backup power and lighting systems in common areas and parking lots are continuously maintained, ensuring stable operation.
